Responsibilities:

  • Release Management
    • Created release notes for Discord, iOS, Android, and Devs Only
    • Managed app store updates at each phase of preparation for both iOS and Android
    • Created weekly reports on release status such as sprint burndown, tasks completed, and more
  • Team Management
    • Managed the Publishing (originally Cinematics and Publishing team) which consisted of marketing, PR, and website development in a Kanban environment
    • Assisted the Lead Project Manager with managing client dev teams by handling internal playtests, defect triage, and holding Scrum ceremonies
  • Game and Level Design
    • Created several prototypes for the beginner general questline for Rynn-Ceph
